You can get transcripts and certificates from Pune University (SPPU) without travelling: apply to the university's examination section (online where the university offers it), pay the university fee, and have the documents collected or sent in sealed envelopes. Step by step
- Collect scans of your marksheets, degree (if you have it), passport and any old university receipts.
- Check the current application form, fee and process on the official Savitribai Phule Pune University website, as these change.
- Apply and pay the university fee, keeping the receipt.
- Follow up with the examination section until the documents are ready.
- Collect the sealed envelopes and courier them to you, or straight to WES or the university abroad.

Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly University of Pune) offers online applications for several documents. Some requests still need a college stamp or a visit to the university office.
Timelines depend on the university's workload and the year you passed. Older records and closed or renamed colleges take longer, so start early.
